YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED

You agree to have Assisted Living Education immediately charge your credit or debit card for the total amount of your order when you press the "Place Your Order" button to enable us to reserve your seat in class and/or to ship your order. You further state that your name and personal information provided is true and correct and that you have read, understand and fully agree to this Term and Condition and all additional Terms and Conditions listed below. 

CLASS CANCELED BY YOU

Your live class fee will be refunded minus a cancellation charge of $50 per person if you cancel at least 5 days before the first class date. Cancellations or changes less than 5 days are non-refundable, but you will receive credit towards any class offered within the next 6 months or you may send a substitute enrollee. You must notify us by email before class begins to receive future credit. Send you email to admin@assistedlivingeducation.com

CLASS CANCELED BY US   

We reserve the right to cancel a live class due to an insufficient number of enrollees or an unforeseen event.  If we cancel your original enrollment live class, we will refund 100% of your class fee paid. Our complete liability to you is strictly limited to the live class fee paid.

CLASS SELECTION & EXPIRATION   

You are responsible for selecting the correct class or classes.  Please call us at 714-747-0725 if you have any questions.

ONLINE AND 20 LIVE & UNLIMITED ONLINE CLASSES

Your online class fee is non-refundable.  Your Unlimited Online enrollment is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. You may substitute a live class for online class hours up to a maximum of twenty (20) hours.

LICENSE YOUR RCFE

We will refund your fee paid to us if your RCFE license application is rejected by DSS due to our error and we are unable to correct the error that is within our control. A refund will be due you only if DSS permanently rejects your application due to our error.  Our complete liability to you is strictly limited to the fee you have paid to us. For your information, we have not had a RCFE License application permanently rejected by DSS/CCL.
