The New RCFE Consumer Web Site & Online Resources – 2 Hours RCFE credit
DSS, in collaboration with UCSF and the California Healthcare Foundation, has created a new RCFE consumer web site. All licensed California RCFE’s currently appear on this site. In the near future, your RCFE will also be graded and this grade will be available for all consumers and other users to see. What’s your role? You need to complete a Facility Questionnaire to help market your RCFE to its full potential. Learn how to access and complete the questionnaire to help you take full advantage of this free marketing opportunity.
You will also learn about online DSS resources that can help you maintain compliance with DSS policy, show you where to find answers to many of your questions and thereby provide the best care for your residents and help you avoid citations.
The class is narrated. Also, you can click on many of the slides to open up the web page being discussed. This allows you to fully navigate the live site as wish and return to the online class!
This online class has been approved by DSS/CCL for 2 hours of RCFE continuing education credit (sorry, no ARF credit).

Navigating the online class is easy. You will receive your certificate of completion no later than 24 hours after you finish the class - generally within 3 hours!
